코어인사이트의 AirStat® 기술이 적용된 Alternative Room Ionization System Model 2K10은 FPD 제조 환경과 같은 넓은 범위와 공간에서 정전기로 인한 오염과 ESD를 제어하기 위한 신개념 룸 이오나이저 입니다. 클린룸이나 장비 내부의 기류를 이용해 공간을 제어하는 방식으로 추가적인 기류 공급 장치가 필요하지 않으며, 간편한 설치로 정전기 제어가 가능합니다. 고밀도의 이온발생 방식은 빠른 제전시간으로 평판디스플레이 공정에서 발생하는 파티클 오염과 ESD 방전 제어에 효과적입니다.
