CoreStat® Steady-State DC Technology Blower Ionizer, Model 3810F has designed to maintain at low peak offset voltage and maintenance free for ultra sensitive device assembly process for AI and HPC applications. Advanced Package Device such as 2.5D or 3D IC devices and high-speed device are ultra sensitive below 100V CDM ESD level. Maintain low offset voltage is most important parameter for CDM control than just simply fast discharge.

Model 3810F is designed with CoreStat® Self-Balanced Technology to maintain low offset voltage with no induction fields that can cause ESD damage from AC ionizers. CoreStat® technology does not require grounding, and its compact size allows it to be installed inside process equipment for effective ESD control within confined spaces. The LED indicators on the top allow users to easily check the normal operating status of the output. The built-in ONE-TOUCH LED switch enables automatic cleaning of the emitter points with a simple touch, and after the cleaning cycle is completed, the power is automatically restored within 8 seconds, eliminating the need to manually turn the power OFF and ON. Maintenance of the emitter points is simple while maintaining ionizer performance. CoreStat® self-balanced technology is simply plug & play, with no adjustment or calibration required.
