CoreStat® Steady-State DC Technology Blower Ionizer, Model 3890E has designed to maintain at low peak offset voltage and maintenance free for wide area coverage applications. Advanced Package Device such as 2.5D or 3D IC devices and high-speed device are ultra sensitive below 100V CDM ESD level. Maintain low offset voltage is most important parameter for CDM control than just simply fast discharge.

Model 3890E is designed with CoreStat® Self-Balanced Technology to maintain low offset voltage with no induction fields that can cause ESD damage from AC ionizers. CoreStat® technology does not requires grounding and its compact size allows it to be installed inside the process equipment and effective ESD control within the confined space of process equipment. Built-in cleaning button allows auto-cleaning cycle in few seconds and back to normal operation. Very simple maintenance for emitter points and maintain ionizer performance.
