CoreStat® Steady-State DC Technology Gun Ionizer, Model 472A has designed to maintain at low peak offset voltage and fast discharge capability applications for particle removable and ESD controls in cleanroom environment. Maintain low offset voltage is most important parameter for CDM control than just simply fast discharge.

Model 472A is an ergonomical design gun ionizer. Designed to particle removal on charge surface along with clean dry air (CDA) and a compact size allows easy to use. Built-in HEPA filter removes moisture, oil, and other contaminants from the supplying air. Model 472A is effectively removable capability attracted foreign materials and small particles on the sensitive substrate surfaces.

CoreStat® Self-Balanced Technology to maintain low offset voltage with no induction fields that can cause ESD damage from AC ionizers. CoreStat® technology does not requires grounding and LED on the gun indicates ionizer status.
