QuadPoint® Steady-State DC Technology Bar Ionizer, Model 7380d series has designed to control at low peak offset voltage output adjustment and maintenance for ultra sensitive device assembly process for AI and HPC applications.
Advanced Package Device such as 2.5D or 3D IC devices and high-speed device are ultra sensitive belowe 100V CDM level. Maintain low offset voltage is most important parameter for CDM control than just simply fast discharge.

Model 7380d is designed with a patent approved QuadPoint® design consisting of four discharge points in one nozzle to maintain low offset voltage without no induction fields that can cause ESD damage from AC ionizers.

The output control is optimized for the installation environment and the product can be operated with fine output voltage adjustment, so that low peak offset voltage can be maintained even at very close distance with target.
RJ-45 terminal is designed to monitor power on/off, output control, ionizer status, and monitoring capabilities.
