Vortex Particle Cleaning / Removable System

The Flying Chopper agitates the foreign material, causing it to rise and the Vacuum Slit exhausts the surrounding air containing foreign materials along with Steady-State DC ionization system neutralize charge on subsrates such as printed circuit board and contaminated planar materials.
