CoreStat® Self-balanced Air Ionizng Blower

CoreStat® Steady-State DC Technology Blower Ionizer, Model 360S has designed to maintain at low peak offset voltages and fast discharge capability application for ESD sensitive device assembly process for Semiconductor and PCB assembly line.

Model 360S is designed with CoreStat® Self-Balanced Technology to maintain low offset voltage with no induction fields that can cause ESD damage from AC ionizers. CoreStat® technology does not requires grounding and its compact size allows it to be installed inside the process equipment and effective ESD control within the confined space of process equipment. CoreStat® self-balanced technology is simply plug & play and no adjustment or no calibration required.
